Advising Brookfield on the acquisition of 36 Carrington Street, Sydney in May 2015, a strata subdivided 10 storey office building.  Our work included thorough purchaser due diligence (including advising on specialist strata titling and leasing issues), negotiating the contract for sale, lease assignment, and post-completion advice including drafting strata management documentation for the scheme.
