Massons is looking for a highly intelligent and driven paralegal to join our commercial property specialist firm. You will work on a wide range of premium commercial property transactions, providing both legal and administrative support to our lawyers and administrative team.

Job Description

The position is based in Sydney and we will provide training for the new role. The hours that you will work in this role will be based on your availability and on our needs and a roster will be prepared each fortnight by the team.

To be considered for this role, you will be smart, motivated and a team player. We are looking for someone who will care about supporting our work and who ideally wants to develop a career as part of our team. Previous experience as a paralegal is not required, though will be preferred.

Ideally you have:

• minimum distinction average
• a positive attitude
• a particular interest in specialising in commercial property law
• strong attention to detail
• the ability to manage a large workload under pressure, prioritise and deliver work with a high level of accuracy
• maturity and common-sense
• advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
