Advising Spark Renewables on property law aspects of various solar/wind farm infrastructure acquisitions, including extensive due diligence for multiple project development sites, advising on conveyancing, contract negotiations (agreements to lease and licence and option agreements), complex titling issues, land transfers, Crown land, subdivisions and other property related issues.
