Shabir works across a broad range of commercial property transactions across multiple jurisdictions. He has assisted our clients with both acquisitions and disposals of significant investment assets, as well as managing a significant leasing practice for both institutional landlords with large portfolios of commercial, industrial and office sites and for corporate tenants. In addition, he has experience in more specialised areas including strata renewals and collective sales, scheme management and compliance, as well as property transactions involving Crown land and compulsory acquisitions
Shabir joined Massons as a graduate in March 2023 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Finance) with Distinction at the University of Technology Sydney in 2022. Prior to joining Massons, he worked as a paralegal in an M&A practice, where he was exposed a range of corporate and commercial property transactions.
Shabir speaks fluent Burmese and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
