Sale of several iconic hotel assets

Acting for ALE Property Group (owner of Australia’s largest portfolio of freehold pub properties) on the divestment of a number of assets in its portfolio that were leased to The ALH Group (now owned by Endeavour Group).

The properties sold include:

• Royal Exchange Hotel in Brisbane ($14.05 million)
• Noosa Reef Hotel ($13.9 million)
• Tudor Inn ($15.66 million) in Melbourne
• Boundary Hotel ($33 million) in Melbourne.

In addition, Massons acting on the sale of several other pubs in Victoria and Queensland that were sold during 2021 including Pelican Waters Tavern, Morwell Hotel, Edinburgh Castle Hotel and Kedron Park Hotel for collectively almost $26 million.
