We acted on the sale of units in a trust owning three Melbourne CBD buildings, including a premium-grade high rise office building, with a net asset value of approximately $560 million.  The vendor and buildings in this transaction are confidential.  Our work on this transaction included drafting, negotiating and finalising the unit sale agreement.
