Paige works across a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing and property development. She is regularly involved in leasing transactions across landlord portfolios, including for institutional landlords, and works on large-scale leasing portfolios and long-term leasing arrangements, as well as acting for corporate tenants.
Paige’s practice extends to complex property transactions and advisory work, including multi-party arrangements, development projects, collective sales, and complex titling and strata-related transactions. She also has experience in property transactions involving Crown land and broader strategic property matters.
Before joining Massons, Paige worked as a lawyer in the commercial property team at a leading national New Zealand law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in transactional property work, including experience in high-value asset structuring, large-scale property development projects, and a specialty in matters involving trusts and charities.
Outside of her legal practice, Paige has an interest in non-profit governance and community volunteering, and operates a charity pageant and personal development program for young women in New Zealand, drawing on her experience representing New Zealand at an international pageant in Malaysia.
