Ole has extensive commercial real estate experience, acting on large high profile commercial sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing and licensing, and providing general property law and titling advice (eg easements, covenants, adverse possession).
She has specialist experience in selling and advising on distressed assets and acting for major banks and receivers and managers / administrators. She also has a strong background advising on liquor licences in NSW, including advising on transfers, establishment of new licences, sale of gaming machine entitlements, and “ownership” rights / issues.
Ole sits on the Commercial Chapter Committee of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
She was a finalist for the 2015 NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards for ‘Woman Lawyer of the Year (Up and Coming)’ and a finalist for the 2016 Lawyers Weekly ‘30 under 30 Awards’ in Construction and Real Estate. Ole was named as a finalist in the category of ‘Senior Associate of the Year – SME Law’ at the 2021 Lawyers Weekly ‘Women in Law Awards’ and was recognised in the Australasian Lawyer Rising Stars 2022 list. Most recently, Ole was named in the “2022 Most Influential Lawyer” list published by Australasian Lawyer.
