Bernice joined Massons as a graduate in September 2024 after completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Information Systems) at the University of Auckland and being admitted as a solicitor in July 2024.
Bernice works with the team on a range of property matters, including landlord and tenant leasing for commercial and industrial sites, affordable housing projects, as well as completing due diligence for conveyancing transactions.
Bernice speaks Cantonese and has prior experience working in infrastructure advisory, where she gained experience in policy and economic analysis across the energy, defence and transport sectors.
