Nick has exclusively practised in the real estate sector since his admission in 2016. He has considerable experience assisting clients in managing real estate assets through their life cycle – acting on the acquisition, leasing and disposal of retail, commercial and industrial property.
Commercial leasing is the focus of Nick’s practice. He manages portfolios for our landlord and tenant clients and provides strategic advice in the structuring of transactions. He also has specialist government experience having previously acted for a variety of Government Agencies in their acquisition of leasehold interests and disposal of freehold interests across New South Wales.
