Ole has extensive commercial real estate experience, acting on large high profile commercial sales and acquisitions including due diligence, commercial and industrial leasing, and providing general property law and titling advice across a wide client base. She has specialist experience selling and advising on distressed assets and has acted for major banks and various receivers and managers / administrators.
Ole runs a multi-faceted practice in the firm and maintain a strong client base including listed companies, major national retail brands, property funds, including long term clients that she has worked with for over 10 years.
From 2018 to 2024, Ole sat on the Commercial Chapter Committee of the Real Estate Institute of NSW. She is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
Most recently, Ole has been named as a ‘Leading Female Lawyer in Australia’ in Elite Women 2023 and been listed as a ‘Property & Real Estate Law Rising Star’ in the Doyles Guide for 2023 and 2024. In addition, Ole was named in the 2022 and 2024 ‘Most Influential Lawyer’ list published by Australasian Lawyer and, was been named as a finalist in the 2023 Lawyers Weekly ‘Women in Law Awards’ in the category of ‘Special Counsel of the Year’.
Previously, she was named as a finalist in the category of ‘Senior Associate of the Year – SME Law’ at the 2021 Lawyers Weekly ‘Women in Law Awards’, recognised in the Australasian Lawyer Rising Stars 2022 list, a finalist for the 2015 NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards for ‘Woman Lawyer of the Year (Up and Coming)’ and a finalist for the 2016 Lawyers Weekly ‘30 under 30 Awards’ in Construction and Real Estate.
