Revitalising an iconic harbourfront address

Acted on the redevelopment of Sydney’s historic Campbell’s Stores building located at The Rocks. The 1839 former bond store warehouse previously hosted high end harbourside restaurants such as Waterfront Restaurant, Wolfies Grill, the Imperial Peking and the Italian Village, but has undergone extensive refurbishment and restoration works to create a new premium waterfront dining precinct.

Massons advised on various property-related aspects of this project including developer obligations and development documentation, approval and consent requirements of the ultimate landowner, subdivision and structured titling issues, long-term leasing and sub-leasing arrangements, liquor licensing requirements and various ancillary matters such as heritage and conservation requirements.
