Alex Ho is a Partner at Massons and specialises exclusively in all aspects of commercial property law. He advises institutional investors, property funds, government bodies and corporate occupiers across the full property lifecycle, from associated due diligence and acquisition through to leasing, asset management, repositioning and disposal for a range of commercial, industrial and retail sites.
Alex regularly acts on complex property deals for large Australian and international companies, property funds and developers, local government and owners corporations, across client portfolios and also transactions across multiple jurisdictions within Australia. He acted on various large National commercial/industrial property portfolio transactions, including the acquisition and subsequent disposal of property for a publicly listed property group across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Alex has specialist experience in strata renewal and collective sales, affordable housing projects and advises on agency law across all Australian jurisdictions. He also manages the leasing for several commercial office buildings and industrial sites on the portfolios for some of the firm’s key clients.
Alex is a member of the Law Society of NSW and the Law Institute of Victoria. He is an active member of the property industry, being a sponsor in the 500 Women in Property program (2024) and a judge for the REINSW awards for excellence (2023-24). Alex is also regularly invited to present on property-related legal topics at UNSWEdge. Alex speaks fluent Cantonese.
