Ole has extensive commercial real estate experience, acting on large high profile commercial sales and acquisitions including due diligence, commercial and industrial leasing, and providing general property law and titling advice across a wide client base. She has specialist experience selling and advising on distressed assets and has acted for major banks and various receivers and managers / administrators.
Ole runs a multi-faceted practice in the firm and maintain a strong client base including listed companies, major national retail brands, property funds, including long term clients that she has worked with for over 10 years.
Ole is a member of the Law Society of NSW and previously sat on the Commercial Chapter Committee of the Real Estate Institute of NSW (2018-24). She is an active member of the property industry, being a participant and sponsor in the 500 Women in Property program (2018, 22) and a judge for the REINSW awards for excellence across various years.
Most recently, Ole has been named as a finalist in the 2026 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards in the category of ‘Special Counsel of the Year’ and has been listed as a ‘Property & Real Estate Law Rising Star’ in the Doyles Guide for 2023-24 and 2026.
Ole is fluent in speaking Macedonian.
