Leisha’s practice also includes specialist advisory work in the areas of Crown land management, affordable housing, long-term leasehold arrangements, inter-governmental transactions, combustible cladding and renewable energy projects.
Leisha is a current member of the Strata Chapter Committee of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, having served on the REINSW committee since 2016 and also as a director of REINSW from 2019 to 2024. “Leisha has been my property lawyer of choice for the last decade. She combines brilliant technical ability with an eye to the commercial reality of each transaction. She is proactive, accessible and responsive. Her advice, and its rationale, is readily understood by lawyers and non-lawyers alike, making her an invaluable asset for both internal briefings and external negotiations. I cannot recommend Leisha highly enough.”
