Michelle works on a broad range of property transactions across all Australian jurisdictions – from leasing, conveyancing and property development to more complex projects such as compulsory acquisition and “super lot” sales.
She manages leasing transactions for several national portfolios for our landlord clients as well as for our largest tenant clients in the food, hardware, electricity, and not-for-profit sector.
Michelle had a key role in managing due diligence in relation to one of the key property portfolio deals of 2021, and has extensive experience in managing commercial, industrial and new fuel site development leases.
She was been selected by the Property Council of Australia to participate in the ‘500 Women in Property’ program for 2022 and named as a finalist in the 2025 Lawyers Weekly ’30 under 30 Awards’. Michelle won the category of ‘Rising Star SME Law’ at the 2021 Lawyers Weekly ‘Women in Law Awards’.
