Massons acted for Eagle Property Group in its sale of two adjacent commercial office buildings in the heart of the Newcastle CBD at 51 & 61 Bolton Street.

Massons had also acted for Eagle on the purchase of the assets (less than 4 years prior to the subsequent sale) and ongoing leasing during the period of Eagle’s ownership.

In addition to the two multi-storey buildings, the site also comprises a single-level heritage listed building known as “Rose Cottage” – one of Newcastle’s oldest dwellings.

At the time of sale, the building was at 100% occupancy, with 56% of the space leased to the Family Court of Australia.
