Sale of surplus industrial land as a redevelopment opportunity

We assisted Mitre 10 with the sale of 122 Newton Road, Wetherill Park, a 3.3 hectare retail/industrial/redevelopment site including a 9,450 sqm building.  We carried out vendor due diligence, reporting and advising on titling and leasing issues, preparing and negotiating the contract for sale (including comprehensive vendor works clauses), exchange and advising on post-exchange matters.

We are also acting for Mitre 10 on the disposal of 382-398 Wagga Road, Lavington, a 1.8 hectare redevelopment site (previously used as a large scale retail site) comprising several large warehouses, hardstand and other miscellaneous buildings.
