Portfolio leasing

We have managed the leasing of commercial, retail and industrial assets for 151 Property. To facilitate the seamless management of 151 Property’s national assets, we have created an extranet to house all of the vital transaction documents, including signed leasing documents for each tenancy, up-to-date title searches so that each asset is always ‘sale ready’ – any potential purchasers can be given access to all of the leasing documentation via the same electronic data room. We also send 151 Property a weekly progress report on the status of all transactions.

We have also drafted 151 Property’s precedent lease which is used across its national portfolio.
